"Helpful sales staff when ordering and discussing which foils needed replacing. Delivery was fine although the Post Office ignored my delay delivery request - but then the package was thin enough to fit though the letterbox. Genuine Panasonic parts, quickly worked out how to remove the old ones and fit the new. It runs a little quieter. The new blades found more stubble to remove despite only shaving with the old blades about one hour before. Very pleased and would definitely you you again and recommend you to others. "
