"At last my old shaver back to its former glory, just wish Panasonic would sell a foil and cutter in one pack as other suppliers do. Panasonic combi pack please."

"Royal mail didn't deliver the order in the 24hr time frame that you paid for. The first package was sent out on 22nd December and I received it on January 10th. The replacement package was sent out by yourself on January 8th & I received it today 22nd January, again on 48hr delivery. I cannot thank you enough, however Royal Mail are letting you down very badly for the amount that you are paying them. "

"This was my second purchase. Although the item was damaged in transit. the customer service, speed and quality was exceptional. I appreciate it may be an odd comment, however i'd prefer to deal with a company that cares such as this. No delays in response, fast resolution with no fuss. Many thanks."
