"Royal mail didn't deliver the order in the 24hr time frame that you paid for. The first package was sent out on 22nd December and I received it on January 10th. The replacement package was sent out by yourself on January 8th & I received it today 22nd January, again on 48hr delivery. I cannot thank you enough, however Royal Mail are letting you down very badly for the amount that you are paying them. "
