Q:Hi, I am watching the Scotchguard description and I wonder if you could clarify the dilution needed for hand application (by a hand spray). From the details I am not sure - maybe me having a senior moment! Many thanks, Frank
A: Hi Frank
If you use 250ml of concentrate then you need to add another 750ml of warm to hot water. Probably not explained very well on the listing so 1 part concentrate to three parts water.
|Q:||Once sprayed on rugs how long will Scotchguard last? how often do I need to spray. Lastly does thois damage carpets at all?||06-Aug-10|
|A:||Hi Depends on the wear and tear the rungs get at a guess would probably last up to a couple of years. Important point is to make sure the spray is allowed to dry completely before walking across. Kind regards Andrew.|

"Product exactly as described. Arrived next day, well packaged. An excellent service."
"So much easier and cheaper to use your service than go traipsing around trying to find the right part at a reasonable price. So impressed that I ordered parts for my Father's Remington that he had not used for a while, and they arrived promptly also. "
"Very fast delivery, even over bank holiday."
