Our Delivery Services

We dispatch all orders received within the shortest time possible. We will deliver your order at your doorstep or at your nearest post office. All orders placed before 4:00 pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched on the same day depending on availability of stock and client information. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched on the following working day.

We always deliver orders within 2 days to our UK clients, but when we experience some technical hitches, it may take up to 7 days. In case of any delay during delivery, we will email to inform you about it.

We use Royal Mail services, which are among the fastest delivery service providers in the UK. In most cases, Royal Mail delivers the package within 48 hours after dispatch as we only ship out using a fully tracked service option.
